The fee will very much depend upon individual athlete requirements plus desired level of contact with coach, be it monthly, weekly or otherwise. Basically, the more contact you require, the higher the fee.

Temper Endurance coaching is for athletes wanting to raise the bar of their swim, bike, run and endurance performance, with the option to bring nutrition, HRV and other health and training metrics into the picture
You will receive a goal driven, bespoke training plan individualised to you, and you only
However you wish to communicate be it direct through Training Peaks, via e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger, text message or otherwise we will agree most appropriate method for you to receive your feedback and for us to communicate
Adjustments to training plan are based on holistic, subjective and non subjective feedback measures
Monitoring by coach, again to a level as required and agreed
Catch up phone/video call or 1-2-1 meet up to discuss and monitor progress
Although I am not a qualified or registered nutritionist, advice and guidance available on nutrition both in and out of training and racing

Performance testing available in all things lactate, Vo2, etc via Leeds Beckett University at an additional cost
Interim lactate testing available by Temper Endurance in your own training set up, at additional cost based on location, requirements, etc
